FAQ

Common questions

Is Monoloque free for artists?+
Yes. Creating a profile and getting discovered is completely free. We only charge a small transaction fee of €2.50 per completed booking.
How does the booking flow work?+
An organizer finds your profile and sends a booking request. You review the details and accept or decline. Once accepted, both parties sign a contract and the organizer completes the payment through the platform.
When will I receive my payment?+
The organizer pays before the event. Your fee is held safely until the gig is done, then transferred to your bank account within 1 to 2 business days. You never have to chase payments.
Do I need to set up Mollie?+
Yes. Mollie is our payment partner and handles all payouts. You connect your account once through your dashboard settings. Verification usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
Can I cancel a booking?+
You can reach the organizer through your dashboard messages. Cancellation terms are outlined in the contract that both parties sign before payment.
